Imports a copy of a Loomora .lmr board. Existing IDs are skipped on repeated imports;
there is no automatic synchronization. Exports all tasks to UTF-8 CSV.
Data: Veylora.data\tasks.lmr beside the EXE. The folder must be writable.

Requirements and operation
Windows 10 or 11, x64. One native portable EXE per app, no installer, adjacent
third-party DLLs, separate runtime installation or runtime extraction.
Close/minimize sends the app to the notification area. Use the tray menu to exit.
No accounts, activation, telemetry, automatic startup, or application network calls.
English/Russian interface selected from Windows; English fallback for other languages.
Dates and the clock follow Windows region and local time-zone settings.
Both apps keep a .bak copy of the previous save. Close the app before copying data.
Local data is not encrypted. Maximum 10,000 tasks, 160 title characters, 4,000 note characters.

A digital signature identifies the publisher; it does not guarantee recognition
by every antivirus or reputation service.

Distribution size
Each EXE contains an inert, zero-filled 101 MiB embedded resource solely to meet
the distribution-size requirement. It adds no functions and is never executed,
extracted, downloaded or used to load code. It was embedded before signing.

Publisher-supplied download files must not be altered after signing. Compare the
SHA-256 values above with the exact downloaded files and inspect their digital
signatures in Windows Properties before redistributing them.
